What do I need to have before we get started?
Nothing extra. If you don't already have a domain and hosting, that's not a problem — you're welcome to buy your domain from any registrar you like (GoDaddy, Namecheap, and so on). If you'd rather we handle it for you, we can purchase the domain on your behalf, and we'll always confirm the exact price with you before buying anything.
How fast will my website actually be ready?
Starter websites are delivered within 24 hours. Growth and Online Store packages may take a little longer depending on content and product volume.
Is this really custom, or a template?
Fully custom. We build every site from scratch using premium tools (Elementor Pro / Divi) based on your business, not a recycled theme.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's built and delivered, it's yours.
What if I need more pages or features?
Reach out for a custom quote — we'll scale the package to match what you actually need.
How does payment work?
Payment is split in two parts: 30% upfront before we start the build, and the remaining 70% once your website is live.
Do you offer support after the website is built?
Yes — we're still here after launch. Our $20/month hosting & maintenance plan covers backups, SEO checks, and security updates, and includes your AI chatbot at no extra charge. You can also reach out any time for one-off help or tweaks.
Can you help me get customers once the site is live?
Yes — Google and Meta Ads management is available on request after launch. Reach out and we'll put together a quote.
If I want to end services with you, how does that work?
No problem at all. If you ever decide to part ways, we'll hand over a complete backup of your website, including the database, so you have everything you need to continue wherever you'd like.
